For the winter months, Southerly has underfloor heating throughout the house, as well as a large gas fire and a traditional log burner in the reception rooms. The bathrooms also have heated towel rails and there is an additional fan heater in the spacious master bathroom.

Guests can enjoy stunning views whilst unwinding in a hot bath, before wrapping up in one of Southerly’s luxurious bathrobes. Each bathroom has a separate shower stall, with the master bathroom featuring a dual rain head & side shower, and corner bath. Living Nature bathroom amenities, one of the world's most truly natural skincare ranges, are provided in all the bathrooms for your comfort.

Southerly has a wireless “Control 4” system sending music throughout the house, which can be operated independently in both of the reception rooms and the master bedroom.  Guests can plug their iPod into the system, enjoy the extensive onboard range of music or just drop in a CD.

Sky TV and all the terrestrial channels are available on a 40” LCD TV in one of the reception rooms, with 20” LCD TV’s in three of the bedrooms. Southerly also has its own wireless broadband network, enabling guests to log on to a high speed internet connection at no extra charge.
